As everyone’s vision of a deep clean is different I always quote these personally either face to face or via video call. This way there is no miscommunication and the quote will be done fairly! 

Most office, deep cleans, end of lease cleans etc I complete at a $50 p/h rate, working with your budget of how many hours you would like me to clean & the areas you wish for me to complete!
